Susenas March and Seruti Q1 2025 Officer Training

Susenas March and Seruti Q1 2025 Officer Training

January 24, 2025 | BPS Activities

Sambas Statistical Agency (BPS) conducted training activities for officers of the National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) March 2025. The training was conducted in 2 waves using a hybrid method, namely 3 days online and 2 days offline. The first online wave started on January 14-16, 2025 and the second online wave on January 20-22, 2025 with a total of 70 officers both PCL and PML. The offline training for Susenas March 2025 will be held on January 23, 2025, followed by the training for the Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) Q1 2025 on January 24, 2025.

In his speech, the Chief of Statistician of Sambas Statistical Agency, Mr. Mochamad Su'udi, SST., M.E. emphasized the importance of this training as a provision for officers in carrying out enumeration. He stressed that officers should take Susenas seriously because there are several indicators that will be monitored and evaluated in the long term. In addition to poverty, education, and health indicators, there are also composite indicators that will be used to measure the success of the district.

This training is part of a series of activities organized to prepare survey officers who will be involved in the implementation of Susenas March 2025 and Seruti Q1 2025. The information from Susenas is very important and is considered one of the pieces of evidence that can be useful for planning, monitoring, and evaluating government development programs.

Through this training, it is hoped that survey officers can work professionally, follow established standard procedures, and make valuable contributions in supporting the implementation of Susenas and Seruti. The success of this training will have a positive impact on the accuracy and quality of the data collected, so that the results of Susenas and Seruti can be the basis for better policy-making.
