Abstract

In order to examine the economic potential of Sambas Regency, aside from looking at the growth or development of the series / data especially during the last five years, a comparison is also made with other regencies / cities in West Kalimantan. Subsectors or commodities that provide relatively large carrying capacity to the regions, for example Sambas Regency to West Kalimantan or sub-districts to Sambas Regency tend to have comparative advantages. Through the publication Economic Development Indicators of Sambas Regency 2018, we try to present some data / indicators accompanied by a descriptive analysis. We hope that this information can be used as input for the preparation of regional development plans.
