Abstract

The preparation of regional development planning, one of which requires information in the form of data collected in economic sectors. Rural areas which have the majority of the population in the agricultural sector, need data as an illustration of the welfare of farmers. The price data of rural producers and consumers produce Farmer's Exchange Rate which is an indicator of farmers' welfare.
